We use premium quality milk, cream, and most importantly whey protein isolate.
-
Whey protein is one of two proteins found in cow's milk.
When milk is used to produce cheese, the curding process separates the curds from liquid.
This nearly translucent liquid is known as whey.
Whey is nutrient-dense and consists of all nine essential amino acids, vitamins, and minerals.
Liquid whey is then filtered, dried, and further refined to make whey protein isolate.
As fitness enthusiasts, we work hard to source premium quality whey protein isolate; at least 90-95% protein by weight.
Whey protein isolate has a complete amino acid profile making it perfect for muscle recovery and growth.

We use a natural blend of monkfruit and allulose.
-
Allulose is a naturally occurring sugar found in figs, raisins, wheat, maple syrup and molasses.
Allulose has a glycemic index of zero, zero net carbs, and nearly zero calories too.
Allulose is approximately 70% as sweet as sucrose (the regular sugar you're used to).
Natural, clean, low in calories, and net carbs allulose makes for the perfect ingredient for our High-Protein Gelato.

Not all carbohydrates affect your body in the same way.
Net carbs refer to the amount of carbohydrates in a food that your body can actually digest and use for energy.
Let's break it down a little further...
Total carbs include all the carbohydrates in a food, such as starches, sugars, and fiber.
Net carbs, on the other hand, only include the carbohydrates that your body can break down and absorb as glucose.
The key difference is that fiber and some rare sugars are not fully digested by your body.
When calculating net carbs, you subtract the amount of fiber and certain rare sugars from the total carb count.
For example, if a food has 10 grams of total carbs, but 5 grams of that is fiber, the food would contain 5 grams net carbs.
10g total carb - 5g fiber = 5g net carbs

Locust bean gum is a natural food additive derived from the seed of the carob tree. It is primarily used as a thickening and stabilizing agent in various food products such as dairy, baked goods, and vegan desserts.
High in soluble fiber, locust bean gum can help regulate blood sugar levels, improve digestion, and promote feelings of fullness.
